Cleansing Skin Care Routine
The foundation of any beauty regime is a quality cleansing skin care routine. Every person’s skin is different, but there are a few main skin types.
You may have mature, dry, oily, young or combination skin. When you know your skin type the recommended cleansing skin care system for your type of skin will give the best results.
It is not necessarily correct to assume that the most expensive products on the market are the best. There are some basic ingredients to most of the products, so don’t be concerned if the product you like is not in the fanciest bottle or the most expensive on the shelf.
The typical skin cleanser products available on the market include water, surfactants, and oil. The oil in the products has the ability to dissolve the oil that is found on your skin. The surfactants are placed in the cleansing skin care products in order to eliminate any impurities or make up that is on your skin, and the water in the products washes everything off your face. Surfactants allow the dirt to ‘float’ to the surface of your skin, making it easier for the impurities to wash off.
Skin Type
You want to find a product that has an appropriate mix of oil in it. Some products have too much oil in them and these products will clog the pores, however if the product you are using doesn’t contain enough oil your skin may become too dry. The type of skin you have is an important factor while choosing cleansing skin care products. The factors that determine the amount of oil you have on your skin include diet, your stress level, genetics, medications you are taking as well as the skin care routine you are utilizing.
A lot of experts suggest that you wash your face just at night and put a little water on your face in the morning but if you apply a moisturizer to your face at night it’s a good idea to cleanse your face in the morning. Experts suggest avoiding washing your face with extremely cold or hot water due to the possibilities of having capillaries harmed. Avoid going to bed at night with make up on your face since it will clog the pores.
Cleanse Your Face
Keeping your face fresh and clean allows your skin to breath. By maintaining a cleansing skin care routine your skin will appear young and healthy no matter what age you are. Tired, clogged skin at any age, looks just like that, tired and clogged!
Your face is exposed to the elements all the time. It is not protected from the damaging effects of our environment like other parts of your body, so needs extra care and repair. Your face is the visible image of you, projected to the world. Putting your best face forward starts with a functional cleansing skin care routine.
